1. Go to Registry Editor (Type in 'regedit' in Run box in XP or Search Box in Vista/Windows 7).
2. Go to HKey_Local_Machine -> Software, and look for the folder 'NetPromax'.
3. Click on 'Remote Server' under 'Network Information'.

4. Right click on 'DNS Server Address', and delete.

5. Right click on blank space in right panel, and make a new String Value.

6. Type in 'DNS Server Address'.

7. Press OK.
8. Double click on DNS Server Address in the list.
9. Type in the new DDNS address : 208.57.99.83

10. Close everything on Windows. Restart FX Client to connect to DVR.

FX Sereis Server's address for DDNS must be changed if the steps above did not fix the connection problem.

1. Go to [Setup] on DVR.
2. Click on [Network].
3. Click on [Dynamic IP registration button].
4. Double click on the space between [Register] and [Unregister] buttons.

5. Type in the new DDNS address : 208.57.99.83
6. Press [Ok], and exit out of [Setup] screen
